Please note that there will be no on-site registration.

Vaccination policy

Only those who are fully vaccinated may attend the International Maternal Newborn Health Conference (IMNHC) 2023 in person. Individuals who have received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO) are considered to be fully vaccinated. Please note that all attendees will also be expected to follow and comply with all national and/or local requirements of South Africa.

Refund policy

Refunds will not be offered after Monday, 20 March 2023. Registrations may be transferred to another for a fee that is 25% of the paid registration fee, and the deadline to transfer registration to another individual is Friday, 14 April 2023. Only credit card payments will be the accepted form of payment as of Tuesday 21 February.

IMNHC 2023 will make some exceptions to these rules, but no decision for refunds for cancellations received after the deadline will be made until after the event. If you must cancel after 20 March 2023 and are unable to transfer your registration to another person because your visa was declined, send a note to registration@imnhc.org with a subject line of “canceling due to visa denial.”
