Submission Guidance
Please be prepared to provide the following information during the submission process:
- Main point of contact: name, organizational affiliation, email and WhatsApp number
- Secondary point of contact: name, organizational affiliation, email and WhatsApp number
- Title:
- Description and history of innovation or intervention: Give a brief description of where on the pipeline or path to scale your intervention/innovation falls
- Geographic location(s): Include information on the geographic area(s) where the innovation or intervention is being tested or implemented
- Partners: Describe partners in the development, testing, introduction, and scale of innovation or intervention
- Rationale for inclusion in technical marketplace: Briefly explain how the innovation or intervention addresses a major bottleneck or barrier preventing progress within the global MNH space. Also articulate how showcasing this innovation or intervention would benefit the broader MNH audience, why it is unique, as well as what the presenter is hoping to gain (technical feedback, partners, testing sites, etc.)
- Demonstration/showcase details: Briefly explain how you plan to showcase the innovation or intervention in the technical marketplace (include if this will include hands-on and/or interactive demonstrations/techniques)
- Space/booth: Each presenter will have 2 standard trestle tables (1800mm x 520mm/ 5 feet x 2 feet) with a monitor and electrical access. We strongly recommend applicants try to work within this space, but if there is a compelling reason more space is needed, please request space requirements in application for consideration
Selection Criteria
Prospective presenters should consider the following questions, which will contribute to the selection process:
- Is intervention/innovation a new and promising tool/approach/solution to address a key bottleneck or barrier?
- Does intervention/innovation have the potential for scale?
- Does the intervention/innovation align well with the conference themes?
- Does the plan lend itself to a compelling and brief presentation/discussion and/or tangible hands-on product or demonstration?
